My Fall Favorites

Gosh, don’t you just love fall in New England? The leaves are red and the air feels so fresh. Everyone seems to be buzzing around and there are so many
tourists everywhere you go. I drive over the Quechee Gorge nearly every day for class and it’s so busy there!

I go back and forth on which season is my favorite. Honestly, I think I call whichever season I’m in “my favorite”…. But each one is so different here. Winter is absolutely freezing pretty with all the snow on the trees and a guarantee of a white Christmas, and spring comes like a breath of fresh air after winter (which seems to last like two years). Obviously fall is beautiful here, but I think if I really HAD to choose, my favorite is probably summer. Although I don’t like hot weather (not that we get a whole lot of that here), I absolutely love the fact that I can wake up at 5:30 a.m. and there will be sunshine pouring through my window. Annnd that I can take a long walk after dinner and not worry about it getting dark until about 9 p.m.

I like waking up early, but not so much when it’s dark for like three hours after I wake up.

But, fall is a close second! So today, I have a list of some of my “favorites” this season.

Favorite drink – Sugar free vanilla chai latte from Starbucks.

Favorite scarf – This red, navy, maroon, and white one from Maurices.

Favorite lipstick – Power Move by Revlon.

Favorite dessert – Chocolate Chip Cookies (my fav all year around, tbh).

Favorite candle – Sparkling Cinnamon

Favorite fall activities – Morning walks, baking, and football games on Sunday afternoons.

Favorite dress – This one from J.Crew

Favorite new song – 90’s Country by Walker Hayes.

Did I miss any important fall favorites?! Let me know in the comments, and let me know what yours are!

With love,

Gabriella
