Okay, throughout my whole life, I’ve never really liked animal prints on clothes. I always thought it looked cheap and childish. It just wasn’t my thing!
If I had to describe my personal fashion style, I would say it’s classy, feminine, simple, and fun but put-together. I didn’t think leopard print really fit with my style, or with the look I was trying to create for myself.
But this year, or even the past few months, it has become a huge trend! And while I resisted it for a while, my opinion of it slowly changed. I began to see the trend all over Instagram and Pinterest, and now, I’m here to say I’m all for it! I realized that leopard print (still not totally on board with zebra print yet – yikes!) can be used almost the same way as a neutral. It doesn’t have to be seen as a crazy print, but as a classy, stylish, beige, brown, or black neutral. It looks great with dark colors for fall, and honestly, it’s so fun to wear! It’s like half classy/business looking, and half like a party/night out (;
