Staying Positive

Is it just me, or is it hard to stay possitive and focused this time of year? We’re transitioning seasons, so it’s not quite spring yet, but we’re all getting tired of winter. I made a list of three things to keep your mind in the right place throughout each day, so you can live to your full potential and chase your goals.

Morning Jornaling

Try writing down a list of your intentions/goals for the day in the morning. That way, you’ll be less likely to waste time throughout the day, and you’ll be reminded daily of the life you’re striving for.

Take Walks/Run Outside

This alway helps when I need to clear my head or pray about something. Sometimes just getting outside and seeing the sky and breathing in fresh air can help a ton when you’re feeling overwhelmed or emotional.

Remembering The Big Picture

When I’m feeling overwhelmed by small things in life, it helps to remember the “big picture”.

1, God has a plan, and nothing will get in the way of His plan.

2, My life on earth is temporary, and someday I will spend eternity in heaven with Jesus.

3, Everything happens for a reason. The people in my life are in it for a reason, placed there by God either to be a blessing or to teach me something.
